TekLyft provides managed CRM setup, smart website development, automated follow-up systems, AI receptionists, and lead management tools for small businesses. All services are configured around your business goals and managed directly with our support team.

2. Intellectual Property Rights

We are the owner or licensee of all intellectual property rights in our Services, including website code, functionality, software designs, text, and graphics. Subject to your compliance with these terms, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use our Services for your internal business operations.

3. User Representations

By using the Services, you represent and warrant that:

• All registration and contact information you submit is true, accurate, and complete.
• You have the legal capacity and agree to comply with these Legal Terms.
• You will not access the Services through automated or non-human means (bots, scrapers).

4. Purchases, Billing & Subscriptions

We accept standard credit/debit card payments processed securely through Stripe and PayPal. All prices are listed in GBP (£).

• Monthly Plans: Subscription charges recur monthly on a flexible contract. You may cancel your subscription at any time prior to your next billing cycle.
• One-time Setup Fee: Covers bespoke system configuration, build-out, calendar/phone line integration, and staff onboarding.
• Usage Costs: Usage-based costs for SMS messages, phone call minutes, and AI message credits are billed separately based on actual usage.

5. Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your subscription at any time by contacting our support team at info@teklyft.com. Your cancellation will take effect at the end of the current paid monthly term.

6. Prohibited Activities

You may not access or use the Services for any purpose other than that for which we make the Services available. Prohibited activities include attempting to bypass security measures, transmitting malware, sending unauthorized spam, or using the platform in violation of spam/telecom laws.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TekLyft and its officers will not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Services. Services are provided on an "AS-IS" and "AS-AVAILABLE" basis.
